Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. 

Product Damages/Issues 
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items and contact us within 48 hours at contactcraftyglitter@gmail.com  so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Be sure to include order number and photos of damaged item for our review. After reviewing we will determine if store credit or replacement is eligible. Crafty Glitter Co. LLC is NOT responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier or stolen packages.
